Located inside Houston’s 610 Loop, ESA is a Limited Liability Company dedicated to helping all students succeed academically.

Elaine Whitley, M. Ed., CALT, is an educational diagnostician and a certified academic language therapist. She is equipped with the knowledge and skills to diagnose learning disabilities like dyslexia, dyscalculia, dysgraphia, etc. Ms. Whitley currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Houston Branch of the International Dyslexia Association.

Prior to establishing Educational Success Advisors, Ms. Whitley was a member of the instructional staff at Neuhaus Education Center, a non-profit educational foundation dedicated to providing professional development for teachers. She was also in private practice as a dyslexia specialist providing one-on-one therapy to children with dyslexia.

Ms. Whitley received a Master of Education degree from Houston Baptist University in Houston, Texas. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rice University in Houston, Texas.

Georgia Stewart, M.Ed., CALT, is an educational diagnostician and a certified academic language therapist. She is equipped with the knowledge and skills to diagnose learning disabilities like dyslexia, dyscalculia, dysgraphia, etc. Mrs. Stewart currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Houston Branch of the International Dyslexia Association.

Mrs. Stewart taught fourth grade for nine years at Annunciation Orthodox School and served as their reading specialist for one year. She has also been in private practice as a dyslexia specialist for the past eleven years providing one-on-one therapy to children with dyslexia.

Mrs. Stewart received a Master of Education degree from Houston Baptist University in Houston, Texas. She received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Texas at Austin.

Sarah Ford, M.Ed., LPC is a licensed therapist and educational assessment specialist. Mrs. Ford provides psychoeducational evaluations to children and adolescents with behavioral disorders or learning disabilities, including ADHD, dyslexia, dysgraphia, processing speed issues, and working memory deficits. In addition to her diagnostic work, Mrs. Ford has particular expertise in counseling adolescents and young adults to address ADHD, anxiety, behavioral management, and social/relationship issues.

Prior to her position with Educational Success Advisors, Mrs. Ford received her Masters in Counseling from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Georgia, where she graduated with honors. She completed internships with Baylor College of Medicine and worked for the private practice of Dr. Lyle Cadenhead, a Houston-area child psychologist and University of Houston professor. Mrs. Ford is a member of the Houston Branch of the International Dyslexia Association, CHADD, the American Counseling Association, and the Association of Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies.
